OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REDTREEHOUSE BLUEPENTHOUSE — GOLDEN TICKET TREASURE HUNT

Organizer: GodspeedtoPeace LLC

Promotion: RedTreehouse BluePenthouse — Golden Ticket Treasure Hunt in Miami, Los Angeles, New York, Toronto and London

Prizes: One (1) $1,000 USD prize per city, five (5) prizes totaling $5,000 USD.

Promotion period: All five city hunts begin November 11, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. Central Time. Each city's hunt ends when its winner is verified.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase, payment, donation, subscription, or merchandise order is required to enter or win. Purchasing products or streaming music does not increase the chances of winning.

Participation is voluntary. Void where prohibited by law.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be at least 16 years old. There is no residency restriction. Participants visiting from other countries may participate, provided they personally find and physically collect the Golden Ticket. Someone else cannot collect it for them.

Employees, representatives, and individuals involved in preparing or placing the Golden Ticket, along with their immediate household members, are ineligible.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1. Read and solve the riddle for the applicable city on the official RedTreehouse BluePenthouse website. Email the required riddle answers to Godspeedtopeace@gmail.com.
  2. Follow the applicable city's hunt instructions, including any second-stage instructions supplied after answers have been verified. Find and personally collect the designated Golden Ticket.
  3. Within 12 hours of finding the ticket, post a video showing yourself with the Golden Ticket on both Instagram and TikTok. Tag @itskhalilhill in both posts. Winners must not reveal how they solved the riddles.
  4. Within the same 12 hours, email Godspeedtopeace@gmail.com with your first name, last name, city, date and time you found the ticket, social handles, links to both videos, and preferred payment method: PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.
  5. Keep the original Golden Ticket until the Organizer confirms your claim. Do not show any unique ticket verification code on camera. Do not post payment details publicly; provide payment details privately and never provide passwords or login codes.

Participants do not need to physically visit Miami's first riddle location before submitting their answers.

A correct riddle submission does not guarantee a prize. Only a participant whose Golden Ticket claim is verified and who meets all eligibility and rule requirements may be declared the winner.

4. RESPECT FOR PROPERTY AND PUBLIC SPACES

Participants must respect all public and private property.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Defacing, damaging, vandalizing, deforming, or altering buildings, signs, fences, walls, fixtures, vehicles, landscaping, artwork, or other property.
  • Removing, tearing down, or tampering with posters, notices, signs, or objects other than the specifically designated Golden Ticket when authorized.
  • Trespassing or entering restricted, locked, employee-only, or otherwise unauthorized areas.
  • Climbing structures, forcing locks, breaking barriers, digging, or dismantling objects.
  • Attaching unauthorized signs, stickers, posters, or markings to property.
  • Blocking sidewalks, entrances, emergency exits, or public access routes.
  • Harassing staff, residents, visitors, or other participants.
  • Interfering with the normal operation of a business, school, public park, or other facility.

The treasure hunt never requires participants to damage, move, or modify property to solve a clue or claim a prize.

If a location is closed, inaccessible, restricted, or unsafe, participants must not attempt to enter or bypass restrictions.

5. PERSONAL SAFETY

Participants are responsible for exercising reasonable care and following applicable laws, traffic signals, pedestrian rules, and posted safety instructions.

Participants should not search while driving, enter dangerous areas, or place themselves or others at risk.

Participation does not grant special access to any venue or property.

6. THIRD-PARTY LOCATIONS

The treasure hunt may reference public parks, educational institutions, businesses, and other landmarks.

Unless expressly stated, these locations and their owners or operators do not sponsor, administer, or endorse the promotion.

Participants must comply with all rules, opening hours, access restrictions, and instructions issued by the relevant property owner or operator.

7. PRIZE AND WINNER VERIFICATION

One eligible winner in each of Miami, Los Angeles, New York, Toronto and London will receive $1,000 USD, for a total of $5,000 USD across five winners.

The Organizer will verify the authenticity of the Golden Ticket and the claimant's eligibility before announcing a winner or awarding the prize.

The Organizer may require reasonable proof of identity, age, eligibility, and possession of the authentic Golden Ticket.

The prize is not transferable except at the Organizer's discretion and where permitted by law.

Any applicable taxes are the winner's responsibility. The Organizer will comply with applicable tax-reporting requirements.

Winners must complete the social posts and claim email described in Section 3 within 12 hours of finding the ticket. Winners will receive the $1,000 USD prize via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle within seven days of finding the Golden Ticket.

After verifying a winner, the Organizer will mark that city as FOUND on the website so other participants know the city's hunt has ended.

8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participation is voluntary and may involve ordinary risks associated with travel, walking, visiting public places, weather conditions, crowds, and interactions with third-party locations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants assume responsibility for risks arising from their own voluntary actions, unlawful conduct, failure to follow instructions, or misuse of property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer and its officers, employees, agents, and representatives are not responsible for losses, injuries, or damage caused by a participant's unlawful acts, reckless behavior, unauthorized entry, or violation of these rules.

Nothing in these rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. DISQUALIFICATION

The Organizer may disqualify a participant who:

  • Violates these rules or applicable law.
  • Damages or interferes with property.
  • Harasses or threatens another person.
  • Uses a forged, altered, stolen, or duplicated Golden Ticket.
  • Attempts to manipulate the verification process.
  • Obtains confidential information through unauthorized access or misconduct.

Disqualification does not eliminate any legal responsibility a participant may have for their actions.

10. CHANGES, INTERRUPTIONS, AND CANCELLATION

If a location becomes unavailable, unsafe, or inaccessible, or if circumstances outside the Organizer's reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned, the Organizer may take reasonable, lawful steps to pause, modify, or cancel the affected portion of the hunt.

Any changes will be communicated through the official website and must comply with applicable promotion laws.

The Organizer will not arbitrarily withhold a prize that has been validly won under the published rules.

11. PRIVACY

Information submitted by participants will be used to administer the treasure hunt, verify answers and eligibility, communicate clues, prevent fraud, and award the prize.

Participant information will not automatically be added to marketing lists merely because a participant enters.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Organizer's published Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

By voluntarily participating, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to follow these Official Rules, subject to applicable law.
